Appointments

You will be offered a free 15 minute initial consultation which can be conducted over the phone or online, to find out more about how I work and decide whether a shamanic approach could be helpful at this time.

You will be emailed a Registration Form and Client Consent Form in advance to read. This can be completed in the session. Questions should be sent to: analisa@circleofone.co.uk.

Payment

Session fees will be outlined in a free initial 15-minute consultation and confirmed in writing by email. Payment should be made via bank transfer prior to the session or cash in person at the appointment. I will provide bank details via email. If I increase any of my prices, I will give you at least one month’s notice. We can discuss this in advance to ensure that it will not disrupt your sessions with me.

Contact outside of appointments

I cannot provide emergency sessions or contact outside of the agreed appointments. If you feel you would need additional support, then my approach may not be suitable for you.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved to fit within your busy schedule as well as my own. I therefore ask that you give me at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you need to contact me outside of session time, inform me of any cancellations or request changes to appointments times, please email me analisa@circleofone.co.uk.

You can cancel for free with 48 hours’ notice. If I receive less than 48 hours’ notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment price and I will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% for all future appointments.

No shows will be charged the full price of the treatment and will not be offered further appointments.
